Quality Assurance Department
FIM Medical makes every effort to meet your expectations and satisfy you. We put the customer at the center of our concerns and design products in accordance with customer needs.
Our quality department ensures that the company and products comply with the regulations and standards in force (European and American such as 21CFR part 820).
This compliance guarantees a guarantee of the quality of our products and services but also allows the marketing of products under CE marking in accordance with the Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 applicable from May 26, 2020.
FIM Medical is now ISO 13485 certified, the world reference standard that demonstrates a high level of quality, control of its manufacturing, distribution and control of its products.
Even more recently, the company has obtained MDR certification (European Regulation DM 2017/745) for its Audiolyser® ADL20 (Holmco & Sennheiser), Visiolite® and Visioclick® , which once again demonstrates its rigor and allows it to comply with the latest regulations.

CSR
FIM Medical structures its Corporate Social Responsibility approach around four pillars: environment, social & human capital, ethics & governance and responsible purchasing.
Formalised in a CSR Manual and an Annual CSR Report, it is evaluated by EcoVadis, with the ambition of achieving the Silver Medal by 2027.
